Managing one Amazon account is already data-heavy. Managing several accounts across different marketplaces makes it even harder to answer a simple question:
How is the business actually doing?
Sales may be growing in one country while profit is dropping in another. Advertising costs can increase without being obvious at the account level. And when every marketplace is separate, comparing performance becomes even more complicated.
That’s why we launched Global Overview in Sellerise.
Global Overview brings your Amazon accounts, marketplaces, products, financials, advertising performance, and inventory data together in one place.
You can start with the performance of your entire business, compare accounts and markets, and then drill down to the exact product behind a change.
What Is Global Overview?
Global Overview is a centralized analytics dashboard built for sellers managing multiple Amazon accounts, marketplaces, or large product catalogs.
Instead of reviewing every Seller Central account separately or combining reports in spreadsheets, you can analyze everything from one place.
Global Overview lets you:
Analyze multiple seller accounts and marketplaces together
Convert your results into one of 14 currencies
Track more than 30 business metrics
Compare accounts, marketplaces, brands, and products
Review a complete P&L
Compare two different periods
Analyze performance by day, week, month, or year
Filter and group data by ASIN, SKU, Parent ASIN, brand, product group, account, or marketplace
Track inventory alongside product performance
Export reports to Excel
The main advantage is that you don’t have to choose between a high-level view and detailed data.
You can see how your entire Amazon operation is performing and then keep drilling down until you find the account, marketplace, brand, or SKU responsible for the result.
Compare Your Entire Amazon Business in One View
If you operate several Amazon accounts, Global Overview gives you a combined picture of their performance.
At the top of the tool, you can select the accounts and marketplaces you want to analyze.
Those settings apply across all four sections of Global Overview:
Overview
P&L
History
Products
Change the accounts, marketplaces, currency, or reporting period once, and the data updates across every section.
That makes it much easier to move between different types of analysis without rebuilding the same report every time.
Compare Marketplaces Using One Currency
Comparing the US, UK, Germany, Japan, and other marketplaces becomes difficult when every market reports in a different currency.
Global Overview converts your data into one of 14 supported currencies, so you can compare marketplaces using the same financial baseline.
Currency conversion happens automatically and takes the exchange rate for each individual day within the selected reporting period into account.
For example, instead of manually converting sales and profit from EUR, GBP, and JPY before comparing them with your US business, you can view everything in USD directly inside Global Overview.
This makes marketplace comparisons much easier, especially when you want to understand which markets are actually contributing the most revenue or profit.
See How Performance Changes Over Time
The Overview section gives you a high-level picture of business performance.
The Sales Performance chart shows how a selected metric changes over time across your accounts.
You can also switch between daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly views depending on how much detail you need.
This can help you quickly identify trends that may be difficult to notice when looking at individual accounts separately.
For example, you might see that total sales are increasing while Net Profit is declining – a signal that you need to investigate costs, advertising, fees, or product-level profitability.
See Which Marketplaces Are Performing Best
The Marketplaces Performance chart is designed for side-by-side market comparison.
You can choose the metric that matters for your analysis and see the result for each marketplace, including the contribution of different seller accounts.
This gives you a quick way to answer questions such as:
Which marketplace generates the most sales?
Which market produces the highest Net Profit?
Where is Margin strongest?
Which countries are underperforming?
How much does each account contribute to a particular market?
Instead of relying on revenue alone, you can compare markets based on the metrics that matter to your business.
Get a Complete P&L Across Your Amazon Operation
Sales alone don’t tell you whether the business is healthy.
The P&L section gives you a more complete view of the economics behind your Amazon operation.
Metrics are displayed in rows, while dates appear in columns, together with the total for the selected period.
You can view results by day, week, month, or year and change the date order depending on how you prefer to analyze the report.
This makes it possible to review the complete financial picture without manually combining sales, PPC, fee, and cost reports.
Build a P&L for Only the Products You Want to Analyze
Sometimes you don’t need to analyze the entire catalog.
Global Overview lets you filter P&L data based on:
ASIN
SKU
Parent ASIN
Brand
Product group
For example, you can create a P&L for one brand, analyze the profitability of a specific product line, or isolate a group of ASINs before making a decision about pricing, advertising, or inventory.
This helps separate the performance of one part of the catalog from the rest of the business.
Compare Two Periods and See What Changed
Global Overview also lets you compare two reporting periods.
When comparison is enabled, you can see performance for both periods as well as the difference between them.
This is useful when analyzing questions like:
Did profit improve after advertising changes?
Did sales increase compared with last month?
Are fees taking a larger share of revenue?
Which account declined compared with the previous period?
Which product contributed most to the change?
Because the same comparison settings are shared across Global Overview, you can move from the high-level result into more detailed reports without losing the periods you selected.
Analyze Product Performance Across All Accounts and Markets
The Products section brings product-level results together across the selected accounts and marketplaces.
For every product, you can see identifying information such as the product name, image, SKU, and ASIN, together with key performance metrics including:
Sales
Product Sales
Net Profit
Margin
ROI
Orders
Units
This means you can evaluate a product based on its combined performance instead of checking how it performs marketplace by marketplace.
You can also group results by:
SKU
ASIN
Parent ASIN
Brand
Product group
Marketplace
Account
For example, you can compare an entire brand across markets, see the combined performance of one Parent ASIN, or find which products generate the most profit across all of your accounts.
See Inventory Next to Product Performance
The Products section also brings inventory data into the same view as product performance.
You can see:
Inventory currently in stock
Inventory in transit
Incoming shipments
Reserved units
This is especially useful when a product is performing well but its stock position may become a problem.
Instead of looking at sales in one report and inventory in another, you can evaluate both together.
For example, a high-performing product with limited stock may require attention before inventory runs out, while a slow-moving product with significant inventory may require a different strategy.
Drill Down From the Whole Business to a Single SKU
One of the most useful parts of Global Overview is the ability to move between different levels of the business.
You can start with the total result across every selected account and marketplace, then group or filter the data to find where that result comes from.
For example:
Total Net Profit declined -> identify the account -> identify the marketplace -> identify the brand -> identify the SKU.
Or:
Sales increased -> find the strongest marketplace -> see which products drove the growth -> check whether those products were also profitable.
This helps turn a high-level metric into something you can actually investigate and act on.
Track Historical Performance With History
The History section is built for analyzing how individual metrics change over time.
For each selected account, you can see the total result for the period together with values for individual dates.
Choose the metric you want to investigate, then view it by day, week, month, or year.
You can also use period comparison to understand whether performance is improving or declining relative to another timeframe.
History is especially useful when you want a cleaner table-based view of trends rather than a chart.
Customize the Analysis and Export the Data
Global Overview is built to work with both quick checks and deeper reporting.
Across its tables, you can:
Search for accounts, marketplaces, products, or metrics
Sort data
Choose which columns to display
Open tables in fullscreen mode
Export data to Excel
That means you can keep the analysis focused on the metrics you need without having to work with every available column at once.
And when you need the data outside Sellerise, you can export it for further analysis or internal reporting.
One View for a More Complex Amazon Business
As an Amazon business grows, reporting usually becomes more fragmented.
More accounts mean more dashboards. More marketplaces mean more currencies. More products mean more data to compare.
Global Overview is designed to bring those pieces back together.
You can see the performance of the entire operation, understand the real P&L behind your sales, compare marketplaces on equal terms, analyze products across accounts, monitor inventory, and drill into the specific part of the business that needs attention.
Instead of manually assembling the big picture, you can start with it.
