Updated:

Amazon fulfillment isn’t perfect. Inventory can get damaged, destroyed, or even go missing during shipments, and in many cases, sellers don’t realize they’re eligible for reimbursement.

To help you recover more of these losses, we’ve expanded the Sellerise Reimbursements tool for Europe+.

What’s new?

Sellerise now supports 3 additional reimbursement types:

  • Destroyed Inventory
  • Damaged Inventory
  • Missing FBA Shipment Units

This update means Sellerise can now detect even more situations where Amazon may owe you money – automatically.

How to claim reimbursements in Sellerise (step-by-step)

Here’s how to use the updated tool to find and claim reimbursements:

Step 1: Connect and select your Europe+ store

Log in to Sellerise and switch to your Amazon Europe account in the top-right corner.

Amazon seller dashboard showing account selection dropdown with North America and Europe accounts.

If your account isn’t connected yet, you can add it in the settings.

Step 2: See how much Amazon may owe you

Go to the Reimbursements tool to view your estimates across all reimbursement types:

  • Destroyed Inventory
  • Damaged Inventory
  • Misplaced and Lost Inventory
  • Missing FBA Shipment Units

Each category shows estimated reimbursement amounts, so you instantly know where to focus.

Step 3: Create cases in a few clicks

Select a reimbursement type and choose the cases you want to submit.

Sellerise guides you through a simple process:

  1. Select a type
  2. Adjust settings
  3. Send the report

Tip: Submit claims in smaller batches (up to 10 cases at a time) to stay organized and improve processing.

Step 4: Get 100% of your reimbursement

Unlike agencies that take up to 25% commission, Sellerise allows you to:

✔ keep 100% of your reimbursements
✔ track case status and results
✔ reinvest recovered funds back into your business

Step 5: Stay informed with Smart Alerts

Set up Smart Alerts to get notified whenever new potential reimbursement cases are detected.

This ensures you:

  • never miss new opportunities
  • act before claim deadlines expire
  • stay on top of your FBA losses automatically

Final thoughts

With the addition of Destroyed Inventory, Damaged Inventory, and Missing FBA Shipment Units, Sellerise gives Europe+ sellers more visibility into hidden losses.

If you haven’t checked your reimbursements recently, now is a good time, there may already be cases waiting for you.
